Shipping & Delivery

Made to Order :- Please note that our products are often “made to order,” meaning that we keep little or no inventory on hand. Accordingly, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be ready for shipment. We apologize for the delay, but we want the products we sell to be as fresh as possible and are confident they will be worth the wait.

Warm weather shipping policy:- During the warm/summer months (generally, April through September) we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday. While this may delay your order a bit at times, it is essential that we do everything reasonable within our power to ensure that your chocolate does not melt during the delivery process. Similarly, during these summer months, we add a protective layer of insulation to your package and include ice packs to control the temperature of the package during delivery.
